Transform your next school function into a wild safari with ARA’s custom pop-up reptile classes—the perfect budget-friendly way to bring the jungle straight to your after-school or weekend events! Designed for maximum impact in a compact 20-square-foot space, our interactive "discovery table" features a curated selection of incredible animals and engaging learning tools, ranging from tiny, colorful snakes to impressive lizards and tortoises. This laid-back, student-led experience trades the rigid classroom structure for a hands-on adventure where kids take the lead, asking questions and interacting with wildlife at their own pace. To ensure the day is truly unforgettable, we offer free photos for every guest, capturing those brave and breathless moments of discovery forever.

ARA Event Policies

is backed by NEXT liability insurance
with a 1 million dollar policy. A copy of
the policy will be provided upon request)
Payment and Booking

A non-refundable deposit equivalent to 50% of the total birthday party package cost is required to secure the booking.

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled event date.
Venue and Weather Requirements

Indoor Requirement for Cold Weather: For events scheduled during the cooler months, or when the forecasted temperature is below 70 degrees Fahrenheit, the client must arrange for the performance to take place indoors.

Performance Space: The indoor performance space requires only a small area, sufficient to accommodate a 6ft x 3ft table and room for the presenters to stand behind it.

Outdoor Events and Animal Safety: For all outdoor events, the client must ensure there is access to a covered, shaded area where the animals can be safely stored while awaiting the scheduled performance.
Rescheduling Policy

In the event of an unforeseen circumstance (e.g., illness, severe weather, natural disaster), the party may be rescheduled to a later date.

The client is required to maintain prompt communication with ARA regarding any need to postpone the event.
