They will get to learn fun facts about the animals while also engaging into question and answer segments. Photo sessions are included with all birthday packages to make the day even more unforgettable.

🦎 Economy Package
Experience the thrill of the jungle at a fair price point with our most affordable package! This 30-minute educational reptile show is delivered by 1-2 professional handlers, guaranteeing a high-quality, safe, and engaging experience. It’s the perfect blend of learning and fun to make your child’s birthday spectacular! 15 minutes dedicated to a photo opportunity at the end of the show. This includes the following animals. This package includes 9 of our small to medium exotic animals listed below.

🦎 Safari Explorer Package
This is our medium size package with more animals, more fun, bigger animals and bigger excitement. Fourteen animals included in this package along with a questions and answers segment that offers rewards to kids for answer the questions. This is a much more detailed show with more flare and style. We bring props and planned skits and jokes to the show. This show does introduce our (large) category of animals. The larger animals give a real WOW factor to the show. The birthday kid will be involved with the Safari Explorer package, being part of the show. When the show is completed, we then will present the birthday child with a ARA Junior Reptile Certification.

🦎 Ultimate Encounter
Bringing out the big guns on this package! OVER 20 ANIMALS! This is by far the coolest and biggest birthday offered anywhere! Reptiles of all sizes, from babies to adults with many different patterns and colors. We bring the three largest species of snakes to the table and we promise the kids will be talking about this for the months to come! With the amount of animals and fun that comes with this package, this brings a longer run time as well of 1.5 hours, this is including photos for the party goers as well. The birthday child will get to be a major star of the show as well, with teaching them how to handle some of the reptiles, getting to show off their new skills in front of a very engaged audience. ARA staff will give a questions and answers segment awarding kids with prizes for their correct responses. At the end of the show the birthday child will receive an ARA certificate of junior reptile handler. We give 30 minutes for photos after the show for parents and kids alike.

ARA Birthday Party Policies
Payment and Booking

A non-refundable deposit equivalent to 50% of the total birthday party package cost is required to secure the booking.

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled event date.
Venue and Weather Requirements

Indoor Requirement for Cold Weather: For events scheduled during the cooler months, or when the forecasted temperature is below 70 degrees Fahrenheit, the client must arrange for the performance to take place indoors.

Performance Space: The indoor performance space requires only a small area, sufficient to accommodate a 6ft x 3ft table and room for the presenters to stand behind it.

Outdoor Events and Animal Safety: For all outdoor events, the client must ensure there is access to a covered, shaded area where the animals can be safely stored while awaiting the scheduled performance.
Rescheduling Policy

In the event of an unforeseen circumstance (e.g., illness, severe weather, natural disaster), the party may be rescheduled to a later date.

The client is required to maintain prompt communication with ARA regarding any need to postpone the event.
