The Program Details
This experience is structured for maximum learning and engagement:

Format: We will utilize a classroom of your choosing for three continuous hours of rotating classes, perfectly fitting into your school's schedule.

Capacity: We can comfortably accommodate shows for up to two medium-sized classes simultaneously (e.g., 30-45 students total), maintaining the special, personalized nature of this unique package.

Educational Entertainment: Each session kicks off with a dynamic 30-minute educational program featuring engaging skits and humor, all delivered by our two professional reptile handlers.

Setup/Teardown: We require just 30 minutes for setup before the first class and 30 minutes for cleanup and packing after the final class. This time is outside of and does not encroach upon your three hours of paid instructional time.

Technical Requirement: We request access to the school's existing audio setup, including microphones, to ensure clear presentation across the large venue. Please allot 40 minutes for our professional setup and 40 minutes for efficient pack-up.

The ARA Dynamic Discovery Booth: A Pop-Up Reptile Experience!
Bring an educational spark to any location with our incredibly flexible and fun walk-up learning center. Designed for both indoor and outdoor settings, this event is perfect for community days, festivals, or open houses.
We transform a simple space (requiring just a 6ft table and two chairs) into an impromptu classroom. Visitors of all ages can walk right up to the booth for dynamic, short-burst lessons and direct, hands-on interaction with up to 15 different reptiles, featuring a fascinating mix of common and rare species.
The booth features engaging reptile-themed games and a popular designated area for free photo opportunities with the animals, guaranteeing a memorable hit! This is an excellent way to involve the community and promote conservation awareness, with the event lasting up to five hours.
This covers two snake handlers on site at all times.

ARA Event Policies
Payment and Booking

A non-refundable deposit equivalent to 50% of the total birthday party package cost is required to secure the booking.

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled event date.
Venue and Weather Requirements

Indoor Requirement for Cold Weather: For events scheduled during the cooler months, or when the forecasted temperature is below 70 degrees Fahrenheit, the client must arrange for the performance to take place indoors.

Performance Space: The indoor performance space requires only a small area, sufficient to accommodate a 6ft x 3ft table and room for the presenters to stand behind it.

Outdoor Events and Animal Safety: For all outdoor events, the client must ensure there is access to a covered, shaded area where the animals can be safely stored while awaiting the scheduled performance.
Rescheduling Policy

In the event of an unforeseen circumstance (e.g., illness, severe weather, natural disaster), the party may be rescheduled to a later date.

The client is required to maintain prompt communication with ARA regarding any need to postpone the event.
